As a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science of Psychology, I am certified in Targeted Case Management with severe mental illness and substance use disorder. With years of experience I have worked with hundreds of clients towards independent living, and clinical care access. As TCM I have experienced the importance of clinical outcomes and its coordination with service planning as a treatment team. I'm appreciative to be a part of this treatment team and assist those who are with aims of strengthening their sense of independence.

Krystal Koehler TCM
My name is Krystal Koehler. I graduated from WKU with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2013. I worked as a case manager with River Valley for the state's waiver programs. During that time, I received my master’s in education and behavior science. I started as a behavior support specialist for the state waiver program in 2020, working with individuals with disabilities.
