Casey Barker TCM Supervisor

With over a decade of experience in working with clients who struggle with substance use and mental health disorders, Casey’s experience includes working in residential and outpatient treatment, non-profit agencies, and state government agencies. Casey received her undergraduate degree in 2014 from Eastern Kentucky University in Criminal Justice and began working as a case manager. Later- Casey advanced into a supervisor position and has focused on hiring, training and supervising targeted case managers for the last four years. Currently, Casey obtained her masters degree in Social Work at Eastern Kentucky University in 2026 with a focus in management and leadership. Casey has been a part of the Victory House Leadership team since 2021.
Aaron Lepisto BS TCM
As a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science of Psychology, I am certified in Targeted Case Management with severe mental illness and substance use disorder. With years of experience I have worked with hundreds of clients towards independent living, and clinical care access. As TCM I have experienced the importance of clinical outcomes and its coordination with service planning as a treatment team. I'm appreciative to be a part of this treatment team and assist those who are with aims of strengthening their sense of independence.
