IOP
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured treatment program used to address addictions, mental health, and other dependencies. Victory House offers a 16-week IOP curriculum that consists of group activities 3 hours a day 4 days a week. The curriculum used helps clients stabilize while learning about their addiction and other components that go hand in hand with it. While in IOP, clients have the option to begin working after building a strong foundation in their recovery.
OP
Our Outpatient Program (OP) is the next level of care upon completion of IOP. This program is more flexible because it focuses more on teaching clients the tools needed to adjust to a life with responsibilities such as maintaining a job, paying bills, keeping commitments, being a parent, etc. Clients are encouraged to obtain gainful employment and begin preparing for transitioning back into society and living life on life’s terms when leave the program. OP typically lasts from 6-8 weeks based on the individuals progress and consists of 2 hour classes for 2 days a week. OP is our lowest level of care offered at Victory House. Once clients reach this level, they are expected to start paying $50 weekly in program fees.
Individual Therapy
Victory House incorporates individualized therapy with licensed clinicians. The program requires clients to have at least 1 hour of individual therapy weekly. This one-on-one therapy works by addressing specific problems a person might have. It allows clients to have a safe space where they can share information without judgement. The clinical team utilizes many different treatment approaches including but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc. Our licensed clinicians assist clients with focusing on controlling anxiety, depression mood disorders, substance use disorder, among other diagnoses.
Targeted Case Management
Targeted Case Management is a set of services provided to a targeted population to help clients gain access to needed medical, social, clinical and educational services to improve their overall quality of life.
Our case managers are experienced in working with clients diagnosed with substance use disorder and assist clients with a myriad of services including but not limited to, food, hygiene, clothing, primary care services, clinical services, dental services, eyeglasses, employment, driver license, birth certificates, social security cards, legal and court services, housing, transportation, GED classes, parenting classes, etc.
A successful case management process consists of four core components: intake, needs assessment service planning and monitoring & evaluation. Clients begin working with case managers when entering the program and continue to meet with them weekly/biweekly for the duration of the program until all the needs of the client are met.
Peer Support
Peer Support workers are an integral and important part of our programming. They are staff who have been successful in the recovery process. They help others who are experiencing similar situations. Through shared understanding, respect, and mutual empowerment, Peer Support help people become and stay engaged in the recovery process and reduce the likelihood of relapse. Peer Support services can effectively extend the reach of treatment beyond the clinical setting into the everyday environment of those seeking a successful, sustained recovery process. They will be walking with you through your program on a daily basis to break down any barriers you identified or are experiencing.
