Struggling for years with alcoholism, I gained my freedom on June 6th, 2021. . I've been a member of the Victory House family since July 18th, 2022. Since then I have regained custody of my two boys and through the fellowship, we've built a life with joy and purpose. As my first peer support job, I couldn't have asked for a better group of like-minded people to be a part of my journey. More than just a job, the love and life-long support I have found here is impossible to measure. Together, with an amazing team, I have had the privilege of growing in this profession and learning life-lasting lessons that I will carry with me always. My time at Victory House has given me a platform and opportunity to utilize what were once my worst character defects, in a positive and empowering way. Today, I am proud to share my story with others who are struggling, give back what was freely given to me, and show others that you can accomplish the unimaginable with a little faith, hard work, and willingness.
Casey Barker, TCM Supervisor/Outreach Coordinator

With over a decade of experience in working with clients who struggle with substance use and mental health disorders, Casey’s experience includes working in residential and outpatient treatment, non-profit agencies, and state government agencies. Casey received her undergraduate degree in 2014 from Eastern Kentucky University in Criminal Justice and began working as a case manager. Later- Casey advanced into a supervisor position and has focused on hiring, training and supervising targeted case managers for the last four years. Currently, Casey is working on obtaining her masters degree in Social Work at Eastern Kentucky University with a focus in management and leadership. Casey has been a part of the Victory House team since 2021.
Tracy Lewis SHRM-CP, Human Resources Consultant
Tracy Lewis is a certified human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Tracy specializes in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. A strong believer in employees being a company’s greatest asset, Tracy works to develop strategic employee engagement campaigns that align with company goals. As a person in long term recovery with over 25 years clean, Tracy is passionate about the mission and goals of Victory House Transitional Living.
