I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Kentucky with a specialized certificate in Clinical Social Work. I completed nearly all of my practicum training at Victory House Transitional Living, where I developed a strong commitment to supporting individuals through periods of transition. I am proud to now serve as a clinician on the team at Victory House.
My clinical approach is client-centered and strengths-based, guided by the belief that each individual brings valuable insight and resilience to the therapeutic process. I utilize an eclectic framework tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. This integrative approach allows for holistic and personalized care.
I am passionate about creating a safe, collaborative space for healing, growth, and empowerment. One of my professional goals is to obtain certification in trauma-informed care to further enhance my ability to support individuals impacted by trauma.
